Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making Hoofflix accessible to everyone.
Our Commitment
Hoofflix is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
What We Do
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
- Keyboard navigable interface with skip-to-content links
- ARIA labels and roles where appropriate
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios
- Alt text for images
- Responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes
- Focus indicators for interactive elements
Known Limitations
Some older video content may not have captions or transcripts. We are working to add these progressively. Third-party embedded content (such as the Vimeo video player) may have its own accessibility limitations.
Feedback
If you encounter any accessibility barriers on Hoofflix, please let us know. We take your feedback seriously and will do our best to address issues promptly.
