Subscriptions
If you are not satisfied with your Hoofflix subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To cancel your subscription without a refund, you can do so at any time from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Individual Course Purchases
For individually purchased courses, refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and before you have completed more than 25% of the course content.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@hoofflix.co.uk with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process refund requests within 5 working days.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available for promotional or discounted purchases, or where the content has been substantially consumed. All refund decisions are made at our discretion.
