What is Hoofflix?
Hoofflix is a professional education platform for farriers and equine professionals. We offer video courses, streaming content, podcasts, articles, and CPD tracking — all in one place.
How much does a subscription cost?
We offer several subscription tiers to suit your needs. Visit our pricing page for current plans and pricing.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do I get a certificate when I complete a course?
Yes. When you complete all lessons in a course, you can download a certificate of completion. Note that certificates represent course completion, not professional accreditation.
Does Hoofflix count towards CPD?
Hoofflix tracks your learning hours and provides CPD logging. However, you should verify CPD credit acceptance with your relevant professional body.
Can I watch on my phone?
Yes. Hoofflix works on desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers. We also have a progressive web app (PWA) that you can install on your device for an app-like experience.
Can I download videos for offline viewing?
Currently, content is available for streaming only. Our PWA does cache some content for limited offline access.
How do I become an instructor?
If you are an experienced professional interested in creating content for Hoofflix, please contact us at instructors@hoofflix.co.uk.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page. We will send a password reset link to your registered email address.
